Dysport is a type of neuromodulator used to temporarily blocks the nerve signals to muscles needed to contract, causing muscles to relax and gradually smooth out the appearance of the overlying skin. It is used aesthetically to eliminate or soften the appearance of expression lines, fine lines and wrinkles.
Filler uses Hyaluronic Acid to correct skin sagging and volume loss associated with the aging process. It is used aesthetically to help fill fine lines, provide facial volume, restore a smoother appearance and augment contours of the face. This is a temporary treatment as your body will naturally break down the filler overtime.
Dysport injections on average will last 3-4 months.
Filler duration depends on the area that has been treated, on average lasting between 6 months-1 year.
